What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The website has no account system, no login and no profiling. Information reaches NOVA when you complete the private inquiry form or write to us directly, and may include:
- your name
- your company or organisation
- your email address
- your country
- the type of inquiry you select
- anything you choose to write in your message
Standard technical information — such as an IP address and request details — may be processed by the hosting infrastructure serving this website, as is normal for any website.
Why we hold it
To read your inquiry, to reply to it, and — where a professional engagement follows — to manage that relationship.
Personal information is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and it is not used to build marketing lists.
Applicable framework
Personal information is handled in accordance with the data protection and privacy laws applicable to NOVA and to the individuals concerned.
Where an inquiry originates from a jurisdiction whose data protection law applies to that processing, NOVA addresses the requirements of that framework in respect of the inquiry concerned.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and, where relevant, to maintain a record of the professional relationship that follows.
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they no longer serve that purpose.
Who has access
NOVA only. Inquiry information is not sold, rented, listed, published or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Where a service provider processes information on NOVA’s behalf — for example hosting or email infrastructure — it does so under instruction and for the purpose of providing that service.
Confidentiality of what you send
NOVA treats inquiries with discretion. As noted in the Legal & Compliance page, sending information through this website does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation.
If a matter requires confidentiality before it is discussed, say so and it can be agreed in writing before anything sensitive is exchanged.

NOVA takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can be given.
Please do not send confidential documents, financial details or sensitive personal information through the website form. Ask us for a secure channel first.
Your requests
